Postage to UK addresses is FREE. International Shipping is sent by ROYAL MAIL Standard Air Mail (with some exceptions detailed in product descriptions). Orders over £50.00 will be sent using a Tracked Service.
The checkout will accept payments by Paypal OR or bank card (securely handled directly by STRIPE, we do not ever see your card/payment details entered on the checkout). Both options will convert automatically to your currency.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, please send an email to riverdriftstudio@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2-3 business days, longer from outside UK), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the card handler to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
